The law firm is managed by Dr. Sami Al-Munifi. Following his father’s career, Dr. S. Al-Munifi joined the firm after he received his Bachelor’s Degree in Law from King Saud University, Riyadh, in 1988. During his work at the firm, Dr. S. Al-Munifi had attended IBA conferences in Paris and Berlin. He completed a program on United States Law and Legal Institutions at Wisconsin University in 1991. He took a sabbatical from the firm in late 1992 to undertake postgraduate law studies at the American University, Washington DC., USA., where he received a Master of Laws Degree (LL.M. '92). He returned to legal practice and later took another sabbatical to pursue a doctorate degree in Law and was awarded in 2003 with the J.S.D. degree from Washington University School of Law, St. Louis, USA. His J.S.D. dissertation focused on tort and contract law in relation to insurance law.

Dr. S. Al-Munifi has extensive experience, in litigating cases before various local courts and arbitral tribunals and in advising clients on legal issues and contracts. He also served as mediator in numerous disputes and arbitrator for major international centers, as well as serving as a liquidator and board member for several corporations and committees.

Dr. S. Al-Munifi is fluent in both English and Arabic and has a fair command of the French language.
