Dr. Sami AlMunifi manages the law firm. Dr. S. AlMunifi joined the firm after receiving his Bachelor’s Degree in Law from King Saud University, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, in 1988. During his work at the firm, Dr. S. AlMunifi attended IBA conferences in Paris and Berlin. He completed a program on United States Law and Legal Institutions at the University of Wisconsin in 1991. He took a sabbatical from the firm in late 1992 to undertake postgraduate law studies at the American University, Washington DC, USA, where he received a Master of Laws Degree (LL.M. '92). He returned to legal practice and later took another sabbatical to pursue a doctorate in law, earning the J.S.D. degree in 2003 from Washington University in St. Louis School of Law. His J.S.D. dissertation focused on tort and contract law in relation to insurance law.

Dr. S. AlMunifi has extensive experience litigating cases before various local courts and arbitral tribunals and advising clients on legal issues and contracts. He has also served as a mediator in numerous disputes and as an arbitrator for major international centers, as well as a liquidator and board member for several corporations and committees.

Dr. S. AlMunifi is fluent in English and Arabic and has a fair command of French.
